Your internet browser must have the necessary language fonts installed to display foreign languages such as Chinese. Installation may require you to update your operating system.

You may need to check Firewall or Browser Security settings that may prevent translation. If pages do not load, click the refresh button on your web browser.

The translation service is provided by a third party's web site. For this reason, we can not guarantee the reliability or availability of the service. Also, we can not guarantee the quality of the translation. Images, drop-down menus, applications, proper names, and certain text may not translate correctly.

Installing Foreign Language Fonts in Microsoft IE 5.5, IE 6.0, and IE 7.0

You need to install the appropriate foreign language font if you are viewing a web page in a foreign language and the characters are displayed as small boxes or unreadable.

The installation of Foreign Language Fonts may require the Installation Disk for your Windows operating system. Please make sure it is installed prior to beginning the process below.

STEP 1: Turn Auto-Select On

On the View menu in Internet Explorer, point to Encoding, make sure Auto-Select has a check mark. If it doesn't, click it.

STEP 2: Select Language Encoding

On the View menu in Internet Explorer, point to Encoding, point to More, click appropriate language.
If prompted to download language support components, click Download.
